Este panel de expertos se enfocará en el panorama que enfrenta el sector minero a corto plazo en el Perú. También abordará las garantías legales ofrecidas a los inversionistas en el Perú, considerando la perspectiva de inversionistas internacionales.

We are pleased to invite you to the virtual event about «Assessment of Investment Risks and Opportunities in de Mining Sector in Peru in the Short Term” which will present an excellent panel. The program has been organized by the IABA and the IABA DC Chapter in collaboration with the Inter-American Affairs Committee of the New York City Bar and the IABA NY Chapter.
It will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at 6:00 PM EDT (current DC, NY Time) – 5:00 PM ET (Lima Time).
This panel of experts will analyze the situation faced by the mining sector in the short term in Peru. It will also address legal protections and remedies offered to investors in Peru, considering the perspective of international investors.
